Ive never tried Joey but i am pretty sure if they didn't shower there and then, most likely joey didn't wash it at all. after the reno i think all but the middle room have showers in them. so unless u were in the small middle room. In my experience, it seems to vary with the girl. Never DATY'd a spa girl, but they usually don't bother to clean up down there after some fingering of the clit. A few, however, have shucked off their panties and washed themselves in the shower at the end of the session.

I'm always hesitant to DATY and even FK some of the hotel and sauana girls. There's so much ....throughout .... that it freaks me out. Maybe that's why I tend to like takeout at KTV's. At least there's a decent chance, I'm the only customer of the night and I can go for a more GFE.

$700 for what you got I think is a fair price. Others can scream at me for pushing up or down the market. Assuming a 90min session that's a $300 tip. Assume a 60min session $400 tip.

Fair question. I've seen M+HE prices rise and rise since the good old days (say five years ago) when you could get a hot and heavy session with an uninhibited Vietnamese girl at a TST spa for $250 + $100 tip. One of my faves was sitting legs wide apart on the couch in the reception area in see-through pantyhose when I last visited. When I was told the standard tip had doubled to $200, I walked out. Halong Bay closed soon after, but tip inflation at rival spas only got worse.

The girls at Moonbeam Village in Hankow, now also closed, and other TST spas used to doff their tops as a matter of course and offered ready access to their b00bs for the standard tip. Now many won't even flash their nipples for less than $300.

How did we come to this pretty pass? It is only natural that the girls will charge what the market will bear. So is the demand so great for extras beyond vanilla M+HE that punters will pay increasingly big bucks for them? When Kama introduced its innovative tips-included deal for $700, it was considered a premium tariff. Now, many think nothing of spending the same or more in run-of-the-mill spas.

That's why I'm curious about the dynamics of the transaction when it's just you and the girl in the room. Some girls declare clearly what each upgrade costs as you come to it. More often than not, however, nothing will be mentioned until it comes time to pay, or some will remind you "give me a tip" while they're performing the service. I am generally respectful of the girls and enjoy achieving a modicum of chemistry with them. But I tip conservatively. Most times the tip is accepted without comment. Once, the girl made it abundantly clear that I had undertipped her after she gave me an unexpected partial massage with her b00bs. Often, the girl will say "It's up to you. Give whatever you like", and I do.

That said, if DATY, a BBBJ or fully nude body-to-body massage is indulged in, a supernormal tip is clearly warranted. And of course, punters are free to do what they like with their money. In aggregate, it does have an impact on the market, though. Just as we only encourage B&S by the HG agents if we acquiesce in that practice, we only encourage greedy spa girls if we routinely tip more than the going rate. Hawaii and some other WC spas have lowered the fees the house charges for a session, so $600, say, for 60 minutes already represents a $350 tip for the girl.

Although these "spas" are a distinct segment of the p4p market in HK, they don't exist in a vacuum. I recently had a great punt with a fair-skinned beauty in Hop Yee and was reminded that for less than $500 you can enjoy a mutual shower, full fingering and a romp in the nude for 30 minutes, sans massage. Not exactly the same thing, sure, although it is uncommon to get the full 60 minutes you pay for at a "spa", but in some walkups (even Coronet Court) the girl has happily gone overtime.

Spa has being so expensive that i sometimes question myself if its worth it. I started when HBS was the place to go. standard tips was enough most things and a 300 tip could pretty much get me anywhere. By now, my 90 min sessions are usually $800+. Money aside, while there are exceptions, good massages come with older and ugly girls and pretty girls don't know how to massage. starting 3 yrs ago I kept on saying the cost of these walk up (foot) massage places are not worth what they try to charge
and its been going up and up and up since ... the establishments AND the girls got greedy

I keep on saying going to the big full facility saunas are much better value and if you know how to play the sauna game then the experience is a way better

Twice it's funny you should say that. For starters I agree with you. Full service big sauna was and often is still the way to go. I remember the days when it used to City Sauna and Temple Street Sauna. The first days of big establishment saunas were days when they use to be called airport runways i.e. They would only give HJ's. That was my first pay to play when I lived here as a school boy. When I got back all these places in Jordan and some in North point progressed to Full Sex. It was expensive though then. $1,400 for full sex was my recollection. Then operation firefly killed off the FS sauna scene for a while. When they returned SARS hit and prices plummeted to $800 or less. I remember Regency Spa in Yau Ma Tei. I don't think prices have recovered since.

The beauty of the walk up at its onset was the price (as you've said $300-400) for a handjob. Nowadays prices have gone up. That said I still do retain the option of whether I want to go FS, or whether I want to limit it to a HJ with a grab at her tits. Ultimately call me a whimp or not but the joy of walk up sauna is the actually often the comfort of just talking and spending time with the girl with no obligations for a fuck and run. My pattern has been to go to the same establishment and mark the same girl. With that comes a more personal relationship where you talk about things and also the benefit of being a regular and value added services. Like I've said in my reports, some girls have given added benefits for no additional charges. Some would try to skin you and those you just apply common sense and don't see again.

End of day it's punter beware and punter only punt to your tolerance levels.

I know you're talking about big FS / HJ saunas where even now their prices are equal or less then some of these walk up joints, and I totally agree with what you said ...

but I'm talking about full facility, top VEGGIE saunas where I ALWAYS get a decent to very good massage and extras ...
difference is the girls don't remove clothes (or they do, depending which sauna you go to) and don't bathe with you, for the same price as these walk up joints , only thing is we, as customers, need to play the sauna game first until we find the right girls of our choice

these walk up joints are pricing themselves out of the market by cheating new clueless customers way more then the going rate which itself has become as high as proper sauna establishments

I am fairly new to the scene, still looking at the world with wide eyed wonder. So my world view may be a little too simple, but to me I would like to check out all the different avenues - HG, 141, saunas, FLs and then settle down the mix of my liking, price being one determinant of how much I like the scene. If someone is willing to pay more than you, maybe the service is worth more than you are willing to pay. You vote with your feet and hope things will sort itself out.
