If land in HKG, they have China Mobile Store there.  Get the card and put in another HKG$200 (HKG$198 for 2GB).  There is a code that you have dial to have the Roaming 2GB in HKG&China (not Macau).  However, you will only have a HKG phone number.  I don't really care about the phone number cos WeChat, Whatsapp and Facetime handle most of my stuff.   Macau I don't think about it much cos once I get there, I will taxi to 18 Spa and they have Wifi LOL.
