I hear a lot just splash literine over their dick and go. I think it is also useful to insert some antiseptic liquid  inside LB right after punt to minimize the risk (At least it is done like this in my country) like chlorhexidine or smth. Don't take antibiotics as a measure to prevent STDs as well. Use a rub, bub.
