Utopiaguide

Hey bros.  I had found utopiaguide.com to be a very insightful local / national website but it has been down for a couple of weeks already.  Has anyone heard of any reasons why?

These are the some of the reasons I read online.
1.  New owner.
2.  Someone make a complaint to the hosting.
3.  The current owner is fed up and don't care for it.

You can still reach the site using the IP address instead of the name.

The problem is no one knows about the above link.  You can search old reviews but asking new questions may not get any answers since the DNS is not working.
