I will be making my first trip to Hong Kong in a week, and I was fortunate to find this forum.  I'm new to this forum, although I have experience on other forums.

So here's my request: I prefer the spa scene. I also prefer the higher quality places with an outstanding selection of ladies. I don't want a veggie massage, but I also don't require more than a happy ending. My goal is to find a spa with a very cute lady (Face at least 4/5), and the ability to speak a bit of English, although not required, would be a bonus.  I don't speak a word of Mandarin or Cantonese.  If it matters, I will be staying at a hotel not far from the Yau Ma Tei subway station.  

I did a bit of research, and it looks like Kama spa might be a good choice.  I realize the spa scene can be hit or miss, but usually some places have a great reputation for always having quality ladies.  Thank you in advance for sharing.

Footnote: I did enough research to notice some of the spas use ladies from Thailand. I'm looking for local talent on this trip. I can see a lady from Thailand anytime.

If you're searching for Bkk soapie experience, HK doesn't offer exact equivalent (including Kama and other 'spa's'. The main options are
141 walk-in or walk-up
Wanchai bars
CL or Backpage listings

And there is always Macau sauna experience

Actually, I'm not looking for the Bangkok soapie experience. I want a high-quality spa (better than average to upscale), with a high probability of finding a 4/5 or better young lady.  The full menu (soapie experience) is not required. Is Kama is my best choice, or are there better options?

If you change your mind for FS in a sauna environment. I would suggest you to do some research on the sauna reports at the Macau forum. It will cost you about US$250. But you can spend whole day there and even staying overnight. It is "all inclusive" because you get free internet, free  food, and all the accommodation they have to offer. Some of them have games which basically includes dry humping, brief HJ, brief BJ, depending on the sauna.

If you have the time and money, I would suggest you to buy 2-3 different sauna coupons at HK. Since you only need 1 round trip ticket, you can save on the ticket on the rest of the coupons.  The sauna usually opens around 2-3pm and majority of the girls show up around 6-8pm. After you get out of the sauna in the morning, you can do the tourist thing until the afternoon. Then you go to the next sauna. Rinse and repeat.

OR you can go for just the thigh massage (HJ) at Supreme.

I don't think HK has the "upscale environment" you are looking for. Then again, I am not into just HJ or BJ. And I don't think the HK massage place will let you stay for a prolonged period of time like the Macau sauna.

Thanks to all that provided feedback.  I especially appreciate escritic's detailed response.

I will arrive in HK tomorrow evening.  There's nothing better than local feedback before experiencing a new location.

Slickone, I agree with the comments above.  You should consider trying some of the Macau saunas which would fit what you are looking for in an upscale sauna experience.  I recommend Rio or Familia Nombre.  I have also been to Thailand and you are in the mecca of punting, not sure what you can get from a HK or Macau experience, but it will still be fun for sure.  Good luck, happy punting!
