Hi guys, I'm headed for HK/Macau during the first week of October and was wondering if the mongering scene slows down during the holiday period. Also, waht else closes down? Banks? Shopping? Thanks for all your help, hope to add some good reports after my trip.

#2 Post at 24-8-2008 23:32  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Reply #1 needit's post Yeah, I've wondered that.  Do the WGs take the day off work on public holidays?  I'm guessing walk ups might do but what about hotel WGs?  I'm thinking since they seem to work pretty hard anyways, usually working Sundays, are they likely to be working on public holidays too?
