You've dug up an old thread from 2016, to post about something that is unrelated to original thread apart from the correlation of  the word "Korea".  And the thread that you chose has a link to a youtube movie that is no longer available.

The post says "Kim Jong Il" as many people nowadays read Korean with k-pop becoming popular. So it is related. I heard  the story from some business and intelligence guys and many NK defectors and people in NK are reported in news to say so.

Seoljoo was in the Gippeumjo, a North Korean institution for supplying entertainment women to their leader and there is a foreign currency earning squad("외화벌이 돌격대") in that institution. And this is how Seoljoo worked. NK has a history of using prostitutes etc. for espionage and finding weak points from foreign persons they want to exploit. They make films of that "work" then use it to make that man cooperate ("or we will release that video") . There may be people here who were of position and told too much to Seoljoo when she worked in HK. I am saying this as people should be careful. The hotel counter men may also be informants of either side, or even countries where doing it overseas is illegal(the hotel has ID and CCTV of all those visiting the hotel,even in very low developed countries). A typical situation is shown on 007 another day where PRC agents wanted to film something(which is no more a criminal,just an administrative offence in the PRC now).
