Friendster in the old days - like shooting fish in a barrell
Tagged - took over really from Friendster andused to be good until they changed it recently and fucked it up
Badoo - the standard now really in many aspects. An hour or two grooming prior to a visit somewhere will get you laid.
Facebook - connecting to friends of known loose women will get you action
VK.com - russian facebook; had great success off of there in Pattaya by searching the updates by location, spotting groups of chicks on holiday.... as well as the russian gogo dancers.

Then there are the dating websites

Dateinasia for other places in Asia
Adultfriendfinder - hardest of the lot in many regards.

I've never thought of it as a pick up place, but with the way many people are turning it into just another social media site, I'm sure you can land a few if you do some advanced searching.

Lots of fairly easy targets on there. Xanny in thailand comes to mind, high end hooker and supposed wannabee model. Lots of girls with domestic helper on there, and a few with sexy pictures.

As ffor it turning into a social media site, well it always was and is, although they try to pretend they are not. Supermajor world top 10 largest firm BP pumps out "spot the difference" and stupid quizzes on there all the time. It's click bait for the masses, and I guess a catch all for the NSA for the people who are not on FB.... they get their grubby mitts on people through one or the other or both.

SO I have no qualms at all about using it to pick up - but perhaps need to be more subtle that a straight forward "Heh sexy - want to meet up in a hotel for some fun" approach that I would usually use.
