I read this post not long ago : http://forum.sex141.com/eforum/viewthread.php?tid=54931 Basically it's a place where you can spend the day relaxing, eating, having sauna and where all the girls are WG. Main difference: At FKK, men and girls wander around in the lounge and interact verbally before going off for sex. In Macau saunas, girls are brought around in a line-up. You then choose, and go away for sex. Another difference is that in Macau saunas, there are "lounge girls" who do various light-duty massages of your arms, legs, head, and so on, while talking to you, but generally these girls are not available for sex at the sauna (though maybe through a private arrangement, some will come to your hotel after work). There are exceptions - some lounge girls are available on premises for sex. But generally, this is different from FKK, where all girls in the lounge are available for sex, they don't massage you, and there are no line-ups.
