I'm sure they have a more clear picture of how things go down over there. Just like me, I'm in ______ and we have our own boards and discussions for most of our major cities. Certain agencies or agents are known to be b&s while others are the more reputable in their quality. You just need to research and research it in the right area. You might get lucky and someone on this board will know the current situation in Dublin. TBH, the chance of that is IMO somewhat slim.
