Post Op LB

I know this question might cause some controversy and it's not everyone's COT but I wanted to know  which buildings are the best place to find post-op LBs. I'm aware that there it's only a guess as no one can say for sure if a girl was a boy but from what I've read recently there are certain locations where the chances of finding one are pretty good.

I'm not sure if I have the courage to try one if I'm given the opportunity, but I would like to tick it off the bucket list while i'm in HK.

Any info would be appreciated.
