Ok... the advice provided here is utter load of bollocks
I'll consider myself an expert at pharmaceuticals including HGH, insulin, AI and anabolic steroids etc... As a very competitive bodybuilder.. ...
virginboy, seriously? The guy was asking where to get those kind of 'supplements' (Lecithin, L-Arginine, Maca, and Zinc), I simply gave him an answer that was it. NOT saying it will make you Superman in bed, so don't get me wrong. Supplements are simply just supplements, and they only assist you. You should always get the nutrients through real and solid food.
As for Testosterone and squats, they do work together and it depends on the intensity:

It worked for me, and my T levels have been rather high since I adjusted the intensity of my workouts. I'm not saying it will give you wonders in bed, but having a high T level does help with your sex drive and mood too.
Sorry to hear it didn't work for you, it did for me. So I'm simply saying a piece of my mind here.
