Making a Phone call for appointment and what not.. I pressume it goes to their agent rather than the girls. With this... i also assume it's mostly Cantonese? Or can people get by with just English?
How does the information be shared/given? Do they send you the address to where to go etc?
I can speak Cantonese... but it's very broken
