If you were to buy one in the States then bring it back to HK, you would find that they would not be mailing the results back to you in HK. The results will most likely have to be mailed to a USA mailing address.

You take a cheek swab, drop the swab in the bottle containing the test solution and you read the results yourself off the swab 20 minutes later. Kind of like   an at-home pregnancy test. Thus, if you brought one over from the US you could easily use it anywhere...
