Boracay Mongering

Am planning a trip to the 'pines later this year, and one spot that I want to visit is Boracay.  I've never been there before, so have been doing a little online research.  I thought I'd jot down my research findings - and hope that people can add to it a bit.

Of all the hotels listed here, the first one seems the best in terms of price/location/reviews.  If I were wealthy I would pick one of the more expensive hotels though

Layout  

The beach is described by three boat stations.
Station 1 - is the widest part of the beach and is where the 5 star resorts are
Station 2 - is the party area - bars, restaurants, resorts and shops
Station 3 - a narrower part of the beach with the cheaper hotels.

Food, Activities

Sabrina Ioveno is a travel blogger who has some excellent non-mongering info on Boracay, where to find cheap food, drinks, entertainment...

Bedwarmers:

One of the consistent pieces of advice on some of the Philippine boards is to BYOGF.  The local talent is lacking.  Unfortunately that may not be an option, so for Plan B

• - Night clubs mentioned in the website above.   Quality varies from day to day but there's always something
  
• - Massage therapists are apparently everywhere.  It seems you don't need any game to get phone numbers.
  
• - Dateinasia had a page full of Boracay girls, with three that jumped out as beautiful on the day I did the search.  The rest were meh
  
• - A Tagged search for female 20-26 within 10 miles of Boracay returned a good selection - actually a better selection of pictures than DIA did.  I did a test contact with a couple - they were responsive.  It's too early to make plans - I just wanted to see if they would take the bait or not.
  
• - Freelancers - there are apparently a decent supply of freelancers in the hotel beach bars on the beach.
  

Hotel Internet

is apparently spotty, but SMART has LTE coverage and reasonable rates.  I can tether off my phone, get broadband speeds, and not worry about hotel wifi.

Has anyone mongered in Boracay?  How was it?

I was there this past CNY.  The few girls I saw were expensive (by PI standard) and not very attractive.  There's alot of ladyboys at night so you gotta becareful unless u're into that.  They're somewhat aggro especially toward older men.  The consensus is to bring ur own girl to boracay.  I think most ppl meet girls somewhere in PI like Angeles City and bring them to Boracay.  Most girls wont turn down a free vacation in paradise is what I've heard.  If you do go to Boracay, dont stay more than 4 - 5 days.  Island is really small and u'll get bored.  

My friend did get a WG there,but he wouldnt go into detail, but said she was good.  My bro, being cheap, kept trying to get one for free.  He ended up with one in his room, but she wouldnt do it for free and left

On of our last nights there, we went to a gay bar that was lesbian night.  My friend started chatting up this girl with big tits.  She looked pretty good until I walked up to her and I was like HELL NO.  This girl's a WG?  I wouldnt do it for free, but my friend was all over her.  I couldnt convince him.  Anyways, for some reason it didnt go down.

There is one famous WG with huge knockers there called " Pocahontas," and she frequents Club Paraw which is basically a hooker bar.  Sorry that I wasnt more of a help.

If you want BYOGF, then make a brief stop in AC or Subic.  Lots of girls will be happy to go with you.  Yes the talent was rather lacking when I was there.  I had my own girl but in the all mighty code of bros before hoes, I kept my eyes open for everyone.  Careful lots of Bakla's on the beach path at night.

Hotel, stay in station 2.  That was a prime location and happy I picked it.  Get all of your reservations before showing up.  You can save big with a package tour versus just showing up and asking the price.

I went during the rainy season and got a great price.  It rained one afternoon for 30 minutes and the other 3 days were absolutely perfect.  It was by far the best vacation I have ever taken.

BTW, my friend's cousin lives in Boracay now so she can probably get discounts on some of the stuff there like jet skiing, NOT WG   But since the island's so small, she can point out who is and who isn't a WG though

I was there this past spring and I did do a late night pickup outside Summer Palace. We went down this alley to a place where I guess they have rooms for this type stuff. Girl was average. I wouldn't have done her if I was on a walkup search in HK, but I had been drinking a bit. I can't remember the price, but I think it was on par with HK stuff, so probably more than other place in PI.

I think there are a lot that hang out at Summer Palace, but as noted some are TG or post-op. I also heard from a friend that Coco Mango's (or something like that) also has a lot of PROs working their and they are aggressive. He was with his SO, so it was a bit annoying. I never made it down there.

OK so been and gone, and it was fantastic.

Accomodation
Stayed at Ngi Ngi Nu Noos hotel - very comfortable room; the hotel is on the beach but no rooms have ocean view as that spot is taken up for the bar.  Very girl friendly.  Bar staff gave me tips on where to go to find a GF.

WG Availability
WG's are everywhere - they just don't look like WG's.  You have to do the eye contact thing - if they're in the game you'll get a hit.

Lots of old guys with young GF's - I don't think all of them brought them in.

Coco's bar (part of the Red Coconut complex) has a good selection of very nice freelancers.  9 to 10:30 pm seems to be the sweet spot and then those that haven't found a date head of to Club Paraw and some head to Cocomangas.  Some stay at Coco's until closing.

I was invited to a massage by lots of freelance massage girls (the non-freelance one's wear uniforms), two of which were good enough to make me consider, but I ended up taking a girl from Coco's who stayed with me for the entire week.  A tiny spinner absolute sweetheart.


And a daytime tip...

There's this amazing bar about a 200 pesos trike ride from the beach that is a bamboo and wood structure hanging out from the cliffside above the water.  My sweetheart brought be there - at high tide you can jump from the bar into the water, and swim around to a ladder and climb back to the bar.  But it is really funky, plays cool chill music and has a great menu.

The place is called Spider House.

Anyway a lot of freelancers go there to relax and swim during the daytime before heading off to find their dates in the Boracay bars.  At Spider House they are just normal girls, not hunting, but if you've got your game on, you can snap up a hottie before she even makes it to the Coco's.

Cocomangas
I went to Cocomanga's with my date to see what all the talk was about.  
First of all - there are two of them.  One is on the beach and the other is directly behind it - across the road.  So if you are walking up the beach to Station 1, you will see Club Paraw first, and then Cocomanga's second.  The beach bar Cocomanga's is just a small bar.

Go into either Club Paraw or Cocomangas from the beach and exit on the street exit.  Across the street you will see the 'real' Cocomangas.

Lots of obvious WG's there, and my date said that they are 'wild girls' - true pro's - not 'simple girls' like she is.  From the look of the two bars - I'd tend to agree with her.

A few girls I wouldn't have minded tapping, but there is a very large sorting exercise to find them.  But it is a nightclub, there are drinks, and a dance floor and plenty of time.  For a quick easy pickup, go to Coco's earlier in the evening.
