#15 is the key.  he's a radio presenter who used to work on metroradio hong kong. His name is POOK SIU CHUNG, nicknamed "ghost King", as he used to have a long lasting radio show about ghosts stories, UFOs, etc... the show went on for 10 years until he got fired recently in early 2008.

jborne, did you manage to make sense of what was written in Chinese above the pic. I can't read Cantonese but the sentence structure looked odd to me, so I showed those two lines to a Cantonese friend and even he said he couldn't understand what was written.
