First post here, so go easy on me, this ones possibly controversial!

I've been in HK 3 years and my 'punting' is limited to picking up Sunday Girls in Wanchai mostly. And I've met some great birds during my time. Indonesian girls rock my world.

Well, a few weeks ago I happened to be in one of the usual watering holes and spotted this goddess. To cut a long story short this girl is close to being the most amazing woman I've ever been with. She's a 10 in the looks department (IMHO) and almost nymphomaniacal in bed.

Problem is, she's a Domestic Helper, and only gets out on Sundays. I want to see more of her.

She's not happy where she works (are they ever) and wants out. But that presents Visa problems. She has suggested I 'take on her contract', but the bit of research I've done on that says its highly illegal and could lead to jail for both of us.

Knowing Wanchai like I do I've seen numerous 'foreign' girls there over the years - mainly Indos - who arrived in HK as FDH's but are now what they term 'part time'. This is a euphemism for 'on the run' as fa as I can tell, because HK Law allows for no such arrangement to the best of my knowledge.

So the question is - how do these girls manage o stay out of the clutches of the police? How do they frequent the known hotspots every night but never get arrested/deported? Is there a solution for FDH's to go freelance that I'm not aware of?
Maybe some of you guys have delved into this and could give me the lowdown?

I believe once their contract is terminated, they have a certain amount of time to find a new job (30 days?).  Many Wanchai girls are in HK on tourist visas and do regular runs out of HK in order to renew their visas.  It's very illegal for them to be working and many get deported and banned for 10 years for visa violations (that's what one told me).

Hi Kaleu. I know a bit about this. The girls are usually the ones terminating, from what I gather. In which case they are required to work a one month notice period, then they have 14 days to get out of HK. That 14 days is pretty short for a career move into being a WG in Wanchai.

Those who come back on visitor visas (Indons or Philipinas) will only be given a 30 day Visitor Visa. They can exit and try to come back afterward, but this is risky and they won't be allowed do it more than a couple of times. Again, not conducive to a long term career here. Yet you do see those long termers! I know there's a huge turnover of the 'touring whore' variety, but what about the regulars we meet?

maybe the more important thing you should consider is the wisdom of getting her to be under your employment and at the same time being your FB ...

Absolutely. I'm trying to avoid that. Looking for another option. Hence these questions.
