I have used a female condom with an FWB and a few ATF WGs.  It is 10Xs better than a male condom when it comes to "feel".  This is my personal experience with it and it makes my female counterpart feel less.  It is huge with a big lip to fit around the whole vagina.  If you use the right lube (I use johnson and johnson "no pun intended" warming ky jelly) it feels almost as good as BBFS because your dick is sliding in and out of the membrane rather than an immobile male condom that lets you feel just an immobile membrane surrounding your dick and the sliding motion is from the condom on the vaginal wall.  It's hard to explain but if you close your eyes and slide your cock into the female condom with the warming KY, you could actually mistaken it for BBFS if you didn't expect a female condom.  Personally, I like it a lot used with lots of warming KY jelly but a lot of WGs will not let you use it, especially mainland girls who have no idea how it works.
