Buildings with pink neon in MK

While going to places like 37D I've noticed some buildings with pink neon lights. The entrances look like walk-up entrances but it's lined with pink neon lights and there are a flight of stairs going up. Sometimes there is a guy or two outside, I'm not sure if he's watching the building or just a random person standing there but this is what I've noticed.

There are prices for "Chinese, Japanese, Russia" listed on a big paper poster and written with a marker. I'm assuming it's some kind of brothel or walk up, the prices range in 200-400 and everything is written in Chinese so I can't read it. Any bros have any idea what these buildings are?

The guys watching are the pps or mms. It is a brothel. Prices are the ones you need to pay for which kind of WG. Maybe you have to add for room fee but not certain about it.

Any idea how the procedures for these brothels usually work? I've seen quite a couple and they are all decorated the same from outside

i have my first try last week, if you're new i sugest don't try it。。cause when i went up there pps gave me the ugliest girls there and when i ask fo r.change and younger ones and pretty, pps brought me older ones but a little better look. and pps not fruendly alsi the prices below is fake. i get 400 dmage from the 250writen in the entrance. and one you go up i don't think its easy to go down without paying.
my expirience...
