Any recommendations on nice bars in Bangkok on the Sukhumvit corridor (Siam BTS to Asok approximately)?  Something classy with perhaps cute civvies or pros and maybe some decent tunes?  I know about the focused pickup joints like Thermae already, I was looking for something more mellow but still with possibilities (a la Hari's in TST). #6 Post at 17-6-2013 13:01  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Reply #4 TheButler's post Butler, I feel your pain; "Too many co-workers hanging on..."  In April/May I spent 6 weeks on the mainland with my SO.  She kept a 1 cm. leash on me.  While staying in Shanghai in an apartment near the Hongqiao airport, in the evenings we would venture out to Low Wai street and other places.  About one block from Low Wai street (which I had no use for) there are AMP after AMP beconing to someone like me.  Geez if only I could get her to go shopping for an afternoon . . .
