Finding the building

Hey everyone I am a first time punter and am staying in Hong Kong for 2 months. I just wanted to ask how you find the building for a hotel walk in? I called the number for the WG I wanted, the papa said she was available but when I asked where the place was he said it so fast I couldnt understand. Should I call back and ask again? you should call back and speak in english. That papa knows english quite well. They change frequently.

IF you can speak canto/chinese, better.

But when it comes to address of the Hotel, you can asked him to say it in English.
Hotel name in chinese / canto vs in English can sound totally different.

Or you can also asked him to text you the address and name of the hotel.
