More B&S in CWB ?

From the 141 reports, there seems to be more B&S in CWB area, e.g., Milky and Lei Wai.
Is this generally the case ?

Tis also my personal experienth that the maleficient practice of the baith and swithchth be more actively pursued in the CWB district ...I myself hath had many a wasted trip to the Jardin Hotel in that manor ...in the fact the photographic likenesses whilst pleasing to the eye are not those of any maiden currently so working ...but belong to yesteryear as others long in the cod-piece on this forum can vouch ..
