#1 Post at 17-1-2013 08:42  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L WG friendly hotel in Wanchai I know that most HK hotels are cool about bringing in WG to your room but which of the following hotels in Wanchai do you guys think is the most WG friendly ? Wharny Guang Dong Metro Park Wanchai Novotel Century Empire Hotel Does anyone also know which hotel has an elevator which you can use to get up to your room without crossing the front desk ? Thanks.

#2 Post at 17-1-2013 09:43  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Reply #1 Ibiza's post If I remember correctly, the Novotel Century elevator requires a keycard for use, but it is also the only one which has a back entrance so that you don't have to cross the front desk. The other 3 hotels either has the elevator in front of or you have to cross the front desk to use. Can't remember if the Empire has another entrance.

#3 Post at 31-1-2013 08:15  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L At the Empire there is a long walk towards the front desk before turning for the elevator (keycard required). On two occasions, late at night, I brought a girl back to the Wharny Guang Dong passing the front desk, nothing said.

#5 Post at 31-1-2013 11:39  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Dont worry I know the "walk of shame" is not totally joyful.. but dont worry about it in ANY of these hotels.  They will say nothing and will scarecly even look up.  This is just part of the game.   I remember checking into one (the Wharney I think) at about 9pm or so (solo) to drop my bags.  The check-in guys asks "Double occupancy?".  I say, chuckling, "I hope so, but it remains to be seen....".  We smiled and laughed. Then.., at about 12 midnite I head back in with a stunning filipina babe nestled under my wing.  The same guy is still working and looks up as I walk past.  I nod to him, wink, and mouth the words "Double Occupancy indeed!" I could hear him laughing all the way to the elevator. #6 Post at 1-2-2013 22:24  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L The metro park you don't need a key for the elevator, I have called people up to my room, and nobody has to talk to the front desk. And the walk of shame is not bad there, the elevators are set aside from the front desk a bit, so you can just not look at them, and get by pretty much shamelessly. and they do not care a all. They see it 10 times an hour. I've trooped by them with 2 girls and nobody says a thing. Half the time I get in the elevator there after 10pm, it has a WG in it. Of course, regardless of where you are, there is the long walk from the bar to the hotel, and everyone on the street knows what the score is. So, just man up and take it. You are going to go bang a hot bar girl, and if anyone has a problem with it, what are they doing in Wanchai?
