I doubt very much that they are photoshopping.
They do at times go a little overboard with the make up, but too many imperfections are going through to print for me to think they are seriously using photoshop.
The attached picture of Lin Yan is a good example. Too much make up on the face, but if you look at the soles of her feet you could well believe that she just came in from from a hard days labouring in the fields.
If you look at the pictures of Shan Shan, you can see a red discolouration of some sort on her upper abdomen that could have been so easily have been photoshopped away.

These sort of things are minor, but would never go to print in, say a copy of playboy and is a part of the amateurish appeal of Litu.
