my story.. opinions and advise please

Dear all,

First, sorry for the long story.. I just wanted to get some opinions and advice

I'll try to put everything in a time-line to make it clear.
To start off with, I have had sex with only 2 persons ever in my life and another 1 which gave me a hand job. (In this story, there was 3 person(s) involved)

The question is, how did I get gonorrhea?
(I was tested positive for this [Did a full check up already on others] and already diagnosed.)

2011 October (the only unprotected sex I have had ever in my life and was an accident) [Person A]

2011 December (the unprotected handjob only, and nothing else) [Person B] [Don't know personal history]

2011 December, 2012 June (3 times protected sex, and no oral received. I only gave oral [clitoris] to
her only) [Person C] [Pretty sure she has no STDs]

So the reason why I got tested during last month is because [Person A] told me a that week she thinks she has STD because she had pain when urinating and saw some discharge (after so many months). If this was the case, I can acknowledge I have gotten gonorrhea from her during the only unprotected sex scenario back in October 2011.
However, it turned out that her full check up it came back everything negative and apparently her urination pain and discharge was not STD but bacteria related.

From the scenarios above, I can only think of my gonorrhea was false-positive, or [Person A's] result was false-negative.

After having the only unprotected sex with Person A (As mentioned in the time line almost a year ago, I really haven't even noticed having noticeable pain urinating. Only sometimes after masturbation I have had slight discomfort in the groin area but after a while would go away which I never thought of even having STDs.)

As for [Person B], I cannot think of receiving gonorrhea from a hand-job.
[Person C], since it was entirely a protected vaginal intercourse only, I cannot think of receiving anything even if she really had gonorrhea.

To be honest, if I have never heard from Person A about her symptoms (and this was almost many months later), I may have never went for a check up.

Either way, my question is... after a month of getting diagnosed.. should I still go again for a full check up soon?  Or really.. I should get over with it.. (I have not have had any sex afterPerson C]

Any advise?

Man dont go paranoia and think of all the negative possibilities.

I can tell you this with high degree of certainty.
Gal A (first chick) suffer from UTI (Urinary Tract Infection), a mild STD and happen very often even among monogamous couple.

I presume you did not fuclk anybody before Oct 2011. Then there is no reason she get contracted from you?
What about her? Before OCt 2011, did she have sex with somebody else or expose her pussy to some bacteria active environment?
Only you will know.

But from what you explained and if she had gone to see the doctor, the sympton looks like a UTI.
I suffer UTI a few times as a result from my GF. She was prone to bacteria infection, as diagnosed by the doctor and I caught it from her a few times but during that period we only see each other.
Pain when peeing is common, just see doctor and get some antibiotic for UTI.

dont stress up, nothing happens.

But for peace of mind, go see the doctor for check up.

I agree with this. My gf has gotten a urinary tract infection after we've had sex. It's moderately common among women, a bit less common among men, but overall easy to get. A check at the doctor's office can confirm it and anitbiotics will clear it up in about a week.

To the OP, if you're unsure then just get another STI checkup or a second opinion from a doctor. It's all relatively easy unless you have personal insecurities about it.

I agree, you are ok, but keep checking every few months to be safe. Antibiotics is supposed to clear up that stuff easily.

can you have a false postive? possible, but why take the risk?

you should definitely follow-up with a doctor and get treatment because the treatment is so easy if it is not a resistant strain of GC. That complications from untreated GC are 10 fold worse than a simple one time treatment of GC which is usually just a shot or a high dose of 1 antibiotic.

Yes GC can go un-noticed without symptoms for years if not decades, although less so than chlamydia. usually it is chlamydia that goes un-noticed and GC usually has symptoms, such as discharge, painful urination etc.

the possiblity that person A gave you an STD is always there even though she is negative now, you do not know if she was already treated or even treated for something else (i.e. Pneumonia which may use the same antibiotics) that incidentally treated her.

Yes you can also get it from a HJ if the person who gave u the HJ just gave one to somebody else who had it and she did not wash her hands.

Person C: less likely if you were protected but there is always a small (albiet microscopic) chance it could have happened especially if the condom was not on right or had a micro-tear, or if she was really wet and some of her cum got into your frenulum, or anything you can think of that would get her body fluids on or into your membrane. DATY can definitely give  you GC too, but more so GC pharyngitis (GC infection in your throat). It would be hard for GC to go from your mouth/throat to your LG because of the acidic environment in your stomach, unless you are really flexible and really know how to take care of yourself.
