don't know who rates them - it is one of the great myseteries of the universe - everyone wants the job.  But in my experience they are completely meaningless

Bro, I just cannot believe you've never tried a hotel gal. I mean, like most guys I started off in HK doing the walk-ups.
But don't you get sick of walking around and not finding the gal you want. It's just so much easier to go through the
DB, pick a gal and make an appointment. Not to mention the vastly higher quality of the girls.

I was given the run around by the papas when hotel girls started getting popular ... kept changing hotels after I
got there and kept me waiting for more then an hour ! I finally gave up - and this happened 3 times within
