"I C You"

What is this "I C You" feature on the website... I notice it sorts the girls but i dont quite understand how or why it sorts the girls.

Its a repeat question indeed as this was asked in another section earlier. To answer it 1 c you is an app (I have the android one not sure of the uphone) to follow up girls. Tried it, you have the phone and otherthings on it. Mostly in chinese and I use Ece.
