They are renovating EVERY floor!!  They seem to have bought out all the other tenants and converting their side of each floor into 141 flats, doubling the capacity of the building!!!

This will give it as many rooms if not more than Kam Bong...so any of you HK side punters, get ready for a fresh injection of girls into the area....and about time!!

8/F is already done and the others were being feverishly worked on so expect them to open up before you know it!!

Just seen this and feel compelled to share my story.

I was in here on the 8th Floor early last week, walked down from the 9th since nothing took my fancy. As i got to 8th, I noticed that the other door was open so I had a peek. Fairly pretty girl was sitting there on a bed and a guy came into view and came outside.

Turns out he was finishing off the renovations on the new flats and asked if I wanted a shot with the girl sitting on the bed. She had apparently just arrived in HK. She was quite pretty so I said sure. They hadn't installed the AC in the new rooms yet so the girl took me over to Flat C (Siu Siu) and asked to borrow her room!

Sure enough, out comes Siu Siu and in we go into the tiniest 141 room I've ever been in. It's about the size of 2 double beds (and contains a double bed!)
