ChengDu vs ChongQing?

Looking for opinions, as plan on traveling to China, but would have option of a 1 day layover. Looking to take advantage if worthwhile.

Interested, in knowing any of the following:
- ease of finding WG
- selection, quality
- expected pricing
- bars/nightlife, back up option or in addition to WG
- good eats

I only had KTV experience in these two cities. So,

- ease of finding WG
** KTV everywhere.

- selection, quality
** Easily 100-200 gals inside KTV. Quality is totally related to the money you're going to offer. However, it's getting more and more expensive, while quality getting worse and worse.

- expected pricing
** RMB800-RMB2000 / night. Some may offer RMB300-500 for quick shot

- good eats
** ChengDu is a good and prosperous city so there are quite a lot of international food. Make sure you'll try their Sichuan local restaurant and hotpot! They're extremely spicy though!!

Thanks appreciate the info.

Good to know I can't go wrong in either city. I wonder if there's an overnight in-call option staying at WG hotel. Would save me from running around finding a place to stay and having some company

You can try to check with the hotel staff. Just tell them directly that you want to look for a gal to stay, see if they can arrange. You might need to pay something like RMB100 if you reject the coming gal, as kind of a transportation cost.
