Damn... I just heard via the hooker-net  that Neptune2 is closing at the end of July!!  Oh noooooooooo.  I liked that place and scored and awful lot of gals there.

Any of you Bros heard any details?  I asked my gal if she knew why, but she didnt.  (and I am not in HK at the moment so cannot investiage myself).

I find this very hard to believe, from what I understand theclub is owned by the same guy/family/company who own most of the block so unlikely they are getting kicked out.

The club are very cautious about drugs, violence and people trafficing so I can't see there being a problem with the police or license.

Also if they are closing at the end of July then why not sayanything considering there is only one week in july left.  You would have thought they would be milking the closing down parties as they would make a fortune.

Outside chance of them refurbing the place, as it is a shit hole and lots of new or newish bars in wanchai now.  Its usually quieter over the summer as lots of people away on holiday.

Ill check with my friends behind the bar and some of the better informed girls, if it is closing this is indeed sad news

Was there yesterday night but the girls I talked to didnt mention it. Wonder why, am sure they have a good business there. Isnt the Traffic closed also?
Btw, went at Escape (yes it was a long night, had visitors and they wanted to see the dark side of WC which I pretended I was discovering!) and spent some time with a philipinno called Kim (or something like this, a total nympho) and she said "if you come back tomorrow, we go to the hotel"... Think I got screwed (well not litterally) again ( but was not alone and was too drunk to do anything, would have been a waste!). Thought about our other thread...

Oh and Escape was full of blond south american girls. Probably all the girls from Traffic shifted. And went to Boracay for the first time but its quite bad (or is it me? I was pissed drunk at the end).

Yes, Traffic is closed.  I gotta guess that Neptune might be closing just for re-furb.  It is getting long-in-the-tooth, aint it??

And yeah...,I have been to Borocay a few times and indeed it sucked every time.  Some Bros have reported that it was rocing with babes..., but never when I have been.  

Still, there is Escape, J.Forest, Makati, Joe Bananas, Amazonia, Neptume3, Players, 109....  all within a minute walk..., so no shortage of places.  But I agree.. Neptune was always busy at nite.  EVERY nite.  It must be one of the highest revenue bars in ALL of hong kong when you think about it - busy every nite of the week and tons of girl-drinks sold!  So this is weird news (unless just a re-furb.).

A reg of mine who is in there every night has heard the rumour - I have just texted but doesn't know much else.

I went to Neptune several days ago with a WG friend after she had heard the rumor from her colleagues, her waitress friend said Neptune is not closing...frankly she sounded like she had been answering this question a lot lately, hopefully it is therefore just a rumor.

Well it seems that neptunes is closing shortly...  But only for a long overdue refurb!

Glad its only a refurb ... Would be a strange place with no neptunes.

I was in Players Sunday morning, a pretty decent bar I think. To many guys these days in 109.

I have heard from another source that it licence has been pulled by the police!
