Caligynephiliac, mickyirish and now you Cass? Who I thought was just a lean mean farkin' machine from your various AND continuing reports - you guys are all over 50?? OH WOW!!...
To be honest, I have no clue... When I was married, I ate very well and exercised religiously. I'm sure that helped. But I've been separated/divorced for six years now. I eat out all the time, don't exercise regularly any more, and have put on 10 kg. I may not be able to do it like I once could, but I still have the occasional 6-7 pop overnight marathon...
It's not vitamins. I used vitamin V for the first time about 3-4 months ago. I only use it when I do long time at home (w/ GFs or WGs). It doesn't seem to make a huge difference. I haven't even gone through my first pack of four tablets yet.
My one thought is that I could simply be going through a second childhood. After my ex-wife and I had some marital problems 17 years ago, we did a lot of counseling. Through the counseling, I gained a much better understanding and appreciation for life from her point of view. She liked that... The unanticipated consequence, however, was that I was also able to connect far more easily and deeply with WGs. This opened up a whole new world of uninhibited sensual pleasure that I never knew from my wife or previous GFs (needless to say, my wife did not like that when she ultimately found out!). Consistent with what MickyIrish said, my partner -- and the nature of the interaction -- is tremendously important. When I click with a partner, her energy flows through me and I am 25 again...
Have fun, CGP
