1) go and buy your own condoms; smaller size. I would suggest avoiding the 002 ones with no stretch in them and go for a smaller size latex condom. Trial a few; sure you may feel upset at this advice but safety first. Find ones that properly fit and stick with them.

In times like this, the best thing you can do is go get tested. Clearly having the condom slip off increases your risk and you seem worried about it, so go ahead and get tested.

Best way to know 'where you stand' is to ask sauna girls.. they see 4-5 a day for months and have a pretty good idea of what is average to them as compared to large and small.  They may or may not tell you but most are pretty honest and will give you their statistical analysis.

On a more serious note - as others have suggested getting tested should be first on the list. There are a million studies out there that would suggest your risk is anywhere between 0 and 100% and just as many opinions but the only way to know is to take the tests (not just HIV but other nasties too that can ruin your day).

Also as has been mentioned, condom size/type can make a huge difference, making sure its on correctly etc. A possible solution to this if you're feeling shy is visit a good chemist and purchase a range of brands/types/sizes and find one that fits you best. Get tested. And Get the girl tested if you want immediate result also (but thats for additional safety).  Otherwise, wait a few weeks before getting tested  When I had my second (yeah did it twice guess my LB is too big for standards here even though I consider myself average) condom broke (same problem as you basically, no idea of when it broke) the doctor was quite relaxed with it but told me, dont freak out, there is very little risk but testing is the right thing to do. Results take a few hours now for hiv and a few days for the others.  Worse risk is actually herpes... There is no zero risk in mongering, thats why I am now down to massage and CBJ only. Not as fun, but way less stressful for me.
