Back 1 year ago I would seea number of new reports each day but have only noticed maybe 3 reports in the last couple of days? What's going on guys, SHARE! ppl like me are waiting for your reviews before booking..haha

Maybe people are actually too busy punting to be posting on the forum?

If you are trying to find a WG to spend time with through positive reviews then I say thats playing it safe. Take some risk go find one that appeals to you and see how it goes... then write up a review

I check the forum everyday, and I have noticed a slow down in new posts for the last weeks.

When you check the statistics, you can see that the number of posts has dicreased significantly since December. Also, it's interesting to see that the new RE rules haven't had real bad effect (at least until now).

The frequentation on the website is not smooth along the year. Also, since december you had Xmas, New year, Chinese year, and economical crisis + wars + scandals all along. Maybe it's not the best time to spend money on punting, have mood for punting, and take time to write reports, etc... Personally, I have had many things to worry for the last months, hope it's not the same for everybody.

Also, in term of reporting, seems like it's always the same. I mean, punting places in HK and China, saunas, have a lot of reports, and people always go to the same places, so we kind of know the tunes, no much discovering anymore. Ok, girls change, but the places and systems are the same. Even if I don't use all punting options here, after reading hundreds of reports, I got familiar with the typical pricing and service for each place.

I think I am spoilt, I don't read all new reports anymore, always the same. I am wondering if it's the same for posters ? I mean, you already posted 10 reports on that place, and there are 5 new reports per week on that same place, what do you want to write (except adding photos of the girl) ?

Also, for the last 2 years, pics in report have become a standard. The downside is that we're spoilt and ignore reports without pics. I think it's a strong deterrant to post new reports.

I used to post reports all the time.  Nowadays, due to laziness and lack of motivation for the most part - I usually go to the Chinese forum http://141hongkong.com/forum/forum-100-1.html.  The chinese forum has tons more posts and nearly every post has real pictures.  Practically, all I really need is to see the rating of the girl out of 10 and her real picture.

You can see Goose who used to post here all the time, never post anymore.  He posts on the Chinese forum however.  

So I reckon, not punting less... but more like less activity attracts even less activity.  Go to the Chinese forum and you'll see many new reports per hour.

I do agree that the reviews of girls have gone down a whole lot in past few months. When some senior bros like Goose stopped posting there, it sure made the place less interesting and up to date. I know there's some discussion going on this, but whatever the case is, their reports did make the forum something to look forward to.

Maybe easier RA access? So other new members feel more in the community? and be easier to fit in?

when it comes to reports, the more members mean more reports and with new members RA access is a big barrier.

I do feel that the new RA is a barrier and the rate at whcih we earn Karma's are just too slow..

I mean, last year if you posted a report with real pics you'd easily get 40-50 karma's which means that you will get RA30 by the end of a week's punt. Now, with the goal post moved even further it is almost impossible to achieve for travellers like myself who always log-on to check the site out.

Sure, if you have a few thousand karma you'd not care if the goal posts were moved but for new members...The prospects of earening points are no better..in fact worst but the RA's keep going up! Talk about ultra inflation!

hasn't there been more publicized crackdowns in china? even in HK with that pic of the cases & cases of condom & lubes?  perhaps that has a little to do with all this

Another aspect to the RA discussion is that it seems a.though more of the English forum folks aren't based inHK, therefore it's harder to contribute and earn RA. For example, I'm normally in the US, and am currently in HK for work. I had been reading the forum daily to geta better idea of what (who) to do when I got here, butI can't ever see any of the real pics -- the db pics seem so heavily photoshopped that there's little point in looking at them (first time in HK, but I haven't seen 1 woman in "real life" here that looks as good as some in the db - come on. They can't be that hot, can they? I have no way of telling here on the forum.). So newbies less intrepid than me would just wander off because of the seeming lack of real info. bythe time I get any real RA, I'll be gone from HK.

Add to that the aggressive attitude toward reports suspected as fake (I understand why, just suggesting thisas another reason), and I can see why reports are down. I'm still here though, and hope to get some action going as soon as I get through this jet lag (or maybe in Macau).

9 months is a lot of time to earn points, even in the Rest of the World section.

Hello bro. I too am like you. I'm not based in HK or Macau but really enjoy punting in both places, especially Macau. I jsut make it a point to make sure that I report as much as I can after my trips. Of course I'd like it if I can see more photos, but unfortunately, I havent had the opportunity to post as much reports as I can.

Don't mean any disrespect but reporting in the 'rest of world' forum is a waste of time, why? The karma issued in those forums just dont make it workwhile, one would be lucky to get 10points per report.
Suppose you do get 10 karmas per report, I would need 30 reports to get to RA30 and by the time I've achieved that level it is likely that I have the RA levels have creeped again...
Happy to contribute and provide information but to be honest, the rate of inflation does not provide any incentives for new comers as that allusive RA30 is difficult to achieve.

No truer words have ever been spoken. I'm also mostly in USA or Canada, although my business is based out of China, but I do go back twice a year, although most of my punts are in the "Rest of the World" section and I've posted up 2 or 3 reports and I'm not even near RA20(well recently I've been getting closer) but like I said in another thread I created, it's pretty demoralizing seeing it just snail up when you post reviews.

Plus, it's much harder to fit in or be apart of this community, when you take so long to incorporate yourself into this forum(RA30+) I'm sure most of the new members post a report or two than think "Fuck..this is going to take forever.." and just leaves. Since they cant see the light at the end of the tunnel. IMO I think RA should definitely be lower(or even axed) or granted in terms of say 3 quality reviews(not like short reviews) and be granted access to most, if not all of the things. I think it'll attract more users and more users equals more reviews. Since the RA system is in place to weed out pic collectors or people that just wants to save a pic and beat off to. If you post 3 or so quality reviews, than I think it's safe to assume, hes not one of those people and is actually one of us pooners that can contribute more.

And I do think, as a forum in general is a bit slow, compared to other forums I'm on, granted they aren't about banging hot Asian girls

My dick's been as busy as ever..., but usually with regulars I've discussed before or an anonymous bargirl that is almost pointless to report about.  You can only describe a barscene so many times, right?  So, I dont report as often any more unless I've had something unusual happen (often enough, it seems, hehe) or met a really special gal.

But, we all have our own tastes and desires.  I am not really into HG or WUs myself, which actually is the whole point of this forum - to drive business to the Providers who advertise on it.  Fair enough.  But after you've read the 50th report about a HG or a WU you tend to lose interest.

I would enjoy seeing more reports about "my world" -- Wanchai.  It is just so much funner than a quick fuck'n'run.  But these reports are few and far between.  I did a few WUs recently.  First time in years!  They were ok, too.  Hot girls.  But.....  Meh...  Just not the same as spending an evening with a gal having fun in a bar and THEN hitting a room.

Haha. It's quite weak in all the other non-HK parts of this forum, not only Rest of theWorld. But that's just how it is with this board having HK origins and all. Just share whatever reports you have and the Ks will follow. Especially if you post real photos too.check out bro Rico's reports and u can see what I'm talking about.
