Good places to eat in Macau?

I will be heading over to Macau shortly and was wondering where some good places to eat would be?

I am willing to try anything anywhere as long as the food is good.  This includes any hole in the wall joints.  In fact some of the best food I have ever had, especially in Asia, were in the smallest, dingiest, and dirtiest places.
