I am a virgin but I am scared to have sex because something is wrong with my penis. I think I have phimosis (search on google) and my foreskin is not able to be pulled down to reveal the head of the penis. Also, my penis is very small and only 4 inches when erect and can be even less than 1 inch when not erect. Am an Overseas Chinese, so had it done overseas and not in Hong Kong. My insurance covered all my expenses here so it didn't cost me much, perhaps 15 euros, 150 HKD Don't know what the deal is in Hong Kong.
