Clubs? Wouldnt go there for this as the ratio civvies vs wg will not be in your favor and you may end up making an innappropriate offer to a civvie... And end up with a slap! Now if you are into challenges, that can be interesting but will lead you more in Lan Kwai Fong than Wanchai (dont know for TsT). There are some wg girls there but mainly on special events (Sevens for example).
Otherwise Traffic, escape, neptune are all dancing bars, so you can dance there and also pick up a wg. I would favor these places as they can be very fun also and you can ance with the girl, no need to take them all back to your place.
Prices depend on you, the number of drinks you pay, the time and day (closest to closing, cheaper they get BUT you either get the ones nobody wants or the ones that have already worked once or twice). I've paid 800 to 1200 (depending on how drunk I was!
