Landed in hong kong last night and went stright to Shenzhen to have some fun. Settled down at haifu hotel (40 usd). And went stright hooker ally. The mamas where all over the place so I didn't have to venture down the shitty allies and also her girls where all just sitting chilling on the side. Found one to fit my flavor and requested her.  Price tag apparently now is 300$  so I handed over the money and took her back to the hotel. She knew I was a foreigner and asked to see what American money looks like. I only had a 100$ bill at the time so I hande it over. Bam!!! Snatches it from me and puts it in her pocket. Asked for it back and she said it was hers now. Fuck!!! Did some quick thinking and said I would trade her back my American bill for two $50 Jamaican dollar bills which I lied and told her it's british pounds. She takes the bait and trades me back my money. I believe 90$ Jamaican dollars equals 1usd. Anyhow, wanted to throw this out there for all you naive brothers out there. Before bring a girl back. Lock you shit up. I'll write a full report on this when I get home from vacation. I even took some pictures and got a few numbers to share when I get home to upload pics.

Let me add that she phoned up 3 contacts to make sure British pounds are worth more then American dollars. Also it took me over 30 minutes of convincing to make the trade. She said she's never seen pounds before

so she kinda baited you to give her tip before the action?

Do you negotiate over the price ? Normally it's only 150 in house or 200 take out.

In my experience and opinion, when they see foreigner these girls see sucker Language sometimes helps.  I have been scammed more than my friends who speak Mandarin.

Bro, if someone (especially a girl) takes or steals your cash right in front of your eyes like taking candy from a baby how on earth can you not get on top of the situation? I just thought it was very submissive thinking trying to trade back the money with jamacan $ If that is how submissive you are then I wonder how much service she would have provided you. Lovebird - I see what you mean but say I took your route and took it back by force. Isee can only imagine things start spiraling out of control. What if she goes back to the mama and get some guys to come back for a talk? What if she calls the cops and say I robbed her? I just don't trust the justice system in china for the life of me. Ultimately what I'm trying to get at is to avoid trouble.

Edit. I see a few people here are saying I lacked a backbone in the case but come on WHAT IF things didn't end pretty. Is it worth it?

You were staying at the Haifu hotel, a perfectly proper and higher class hotel that if anybody comes knocking on your door, you could easily just call the reception downstairs to get their own security to deal with it.

And the gal is not gonna be so blatant as to do as you'd suggest - get guys to come after you when it was she who was doing the thievin'.  Look-it, this could have and does happen in most parts of Asia - I've had similar thing happen to me many times with WG's and even taxi drivers who'd put up all the currencies he'd collected on his dashboard or roof liner etc.  This is just another favorite ploy by WG's/taxi drivers to get that little bit more extra tip.

Tell me - if I come up to you and ask you to show me your wallet and just grab it away from you - are you gonna resist? Or can I just walk merrily away and tell you not to follow as I've got guys around? And forCrissakes, we're taking about 1 gal in your own room in a decent hotel and its US$100 - which is at least 3 sessions with a hooker alley gal and not $1 or even $5.

You're not dealing with a crack-ho with crack-ho buddies whose lives ain't worth a plugged nickel; most WG's in most parts of Asia/China are out only to make money and not to rob. If you ever do run across a gal who's main purpose to be out there is NOT just to sell her body but to actually rob, she's NOT gonna play that stupid game as you'd described.

I think you guys are right. My choice of action in this case clearly wasn't the best. I think at the time I was clearly thinking the girl had the upper hand. But come to think of it. She's in my room, and she's done something illegal to me.
