Good news is you can bypass the uncomfortable ride  up the elevator with the residents, but could be some traffic jams in the 4th floor hallway if alot of punters show up. Surely, there is so much noise, and hotel staff / cleaners / property managers would realise it is not doing their long-term property leasing aspects any good so they must crack down on the WGs I thought? Perhaps at some places? If you stand outside the floor can you hear much noise? I can see how residents get disrupted.

There is no one listed there today, but as I was coming down from the 10th floor the other day a worker did get in the elevator around 7, I think.
