Man goes to the Doctor and says 'I've got this sex problem'.

'well, tell me about your average day' says the Doctor.

'Well, it starts in the middle of the night, my wife always wakes me up at 3am for some and then again at 5 so we can spend a couple of hours making love before I have to go to work'
