So how do I get back?

Vacation over, now all I can think about is how to get back.

Getting a job in HK may be difficult, but maybe some kind of a business would give me an excuse to cross the ocean from time to time.

Anyone got any suggestions for a business idea that would be reasonably successful, but more importantly would give me the opportunity to travel?

Trade shows are your golden ticket, HK has heaps of them. Just find an area relevant to your business and sell it in as hard as you can.

Sort of related, but how is the job market in Hong Kong (for English speaking ex-pats) right now?  I'm hoping to move somewhere international after graduate school.

I think that depends greatly on the industry you work in. I'd say the job outlook for people in the financial market is quite good, especially if you graduated from a top tier school. Are you in Business School?

Oh, and the iphone/ipad app industry seems quite hot right now in Hong Kong. In the few companies that I visited, they had graduates from Western Grad schools leading the QA and programing departments.

I think there's been a business idea of opening up a spa with all the 141 brothers as shareholders. I think that's viable and definitely worth it for you to come back!
