There's a lot of headaches out on the net.
Spammers.
People who threaten others or promote hate/racism/etc.
Revealing private information publicly.
Chaos on the boards...bumping old threads just to mess up the order
Preaching topics that are against the board's topics.
I'd say the mod's job is pretty laid back if those aren't encountered.
Of course, there are others, but if the offense isn't that disruptive to the overall running of the boards, I say it run its course.
