I see that moebee has been banned. I know the guy was annoying but I assume that isn't the reason he's been banned. Lot of bros are annoying.     
I've always assumed that, to be banned, a bro would have to repeatedly break some forum rules.    

In the interests of transparency, can a Mod explain which rules moebee broke and why he's been banned?

Moderator's comments;

The moderators do not have to explain their actions to any members.

If any member feels that he/she should not be banned, forward a message of complaint to the Admin; If the Admin decides that there are sufficient reasons to be reinstated, the Admin will reinstall the member.

All the moderators will respect the decisions made by the Admin and hopefully all the members will respect the decisions made by the moderators.

The only way to not irritate anyone in a forum is to agree with everything that everybody says, and I personally would find that pretty irritating - not to mention boring. What makes a forum interesting is the lively exchange of opinion. The very word 'forum' means a place for disagreement, debate and discussion.

If the mods are so sensitive that they ban forum members for disagreeing with them, then maybe the mods should not participate in open discussions. There is a conflict of interest here.

In any case, the result will be that no one will dare contradict a mod, for how can you possibly speak your mind to someone who has the power to ban you with impunity?

apparently you still don't understand why mods are required in a forum;

you should be asking what is the purpose of having mods in all the forums;

would you be happy if anyone of the bros whether intentionally or not, caused the forum to be shut down?

No bros are being bar for not agreeing wihat the mods think or what is their personal opinion;

To put in very straight; either you play by the rules of the games here or you don't;

you can disagree with the mods; and that's not an excuse of getting you banned;

showing disrespect to all the mods will automatically grant you a ban regardless of who you are

you want to be ban for life?

you still have a recourse; make a direct complaint to the Admin

if you don't know how to phrase it, I will teach you;

Simply tell the Admin that no moderators are needed for this forum;
because none of them are worthly of the title

and I will not hesitate to take appropriate actions in the interest of this forum
