If you know lots of people and are willing to spend so much. The gals will for sure hang around you. As the guys there are driving luxury wheels and are already popular around. A mix of locals and ABCs there, the music is good (if you like hip hop) and from my observation people tend to be a bit more wild and open than in more "posh" venues such as Volar. (never had to pay but 400 seems steep for Billions)
