For those not sure, it is on 98 Jaffe Road, just off one of the skywalk MTR exits (next to Mark and Spencer, and across from Subway Sandwiches). Got in, no bouncer was there as it was about 8 pm. It was happy hour so two beers for the price of 1. Little by little, more customers came in along with more "women". To my knowledge, it was mainly from Laos, Thailand and probably Vietnam. They were all over the gwai los. In order to get one of them to "talk to you", I had to buy them 1 drink, which was 70 HKD... She then allowed some brisk touching. The lady got down to business very quick... started to ask for if I needed her services.. She offered 200 HKD for 15 mins of titty touching.. I took that but nothing further... Hope this helps the people that debating to enter Neptune 2 or not. Cheers.
