PRC WGs mainly speak mandarin, although depending on your luck, some may speak a fair degree of cantonese..english will generally be minimal. thais & vietnamese definitely can converse in english.

Expect HGs in Macau to be from China and can only speak Mandarin. The papasans and mamasans for these HGs will probably speak Cantonese and Mandarin, with little English skills.
