Because I normally punt ina  tshirt and jeans, I wonder sometimes if it would be better to be rolling up in a more formal dress.  Just curious what others do or if it helps?  I would imagine they would like a person to come a least a little cleaned up and not all scruffy.    Maybe some of the guys out there can ask the girls what their preference is and if it would make them more wet if a person came out all fashionable.

dressing well in a bar punting environment makes a difference. No doubt. The question is, whether or not you like that difference.

Wear a suit to Neptune, Escape, Hari's etc and you will definitely get more attention from the WGs. You will attract the more beautiful girls and you will be one of their primary targets.

However, you also put your price up by giving the WGs the impression you can afford to pay more. That's the main reason they have noticed you.

Dress poorly, look "unkept" and "rough" and you even get ignored in a bar, especially if there are lots of Bros hunting.

Makes sense.  How about for HG? I know at the end of the day it's all about money.  But wonder if they rather have someone more fashionable or suit....  I went to one after work and she asked why I did not come dressed like that last time.  So makes me wonder if it turns them on more.

For sure any girl should appreciate a cleaner looking stranger coming knocking at their door, knowing that she is soon going to have to put his member in her mouth.

I once went to see a HG dressed up casually in a t-shirt, messy hair, and jeans that had a hole in one knee. The girl refused to service me and called back the agent, who explained to me that unfortunately she does not want to service me because she's afraid of me. Starting from that moment I've paid more attention on how I look before leaving to a punt. Usually having a shower at home already, and putting on tidy clothes and perfume. As I can't speak Chinese to break the ice with small talk, at least I can try to look better to give a good first impression. No formal dress and flowers though, let's not go overboard.

"fashionable" probably is the wrong word to use here

i normally punt in a collared shirt and jeans, and never had any problem with HG, neither is the service level any poorer (see my reports). that said, i'm sure it would be different if i had a week's beard, unkempt hair and smelly armpits. look reasonablygroomed, smell reasonable good, and be reasonably polite, and you're fine.

agree with TT on the bar scene, but if you know the price, they cant charge you more if you look better. on the contrary, it might make the hot bar girl decide to go with you instead of the other fellow. for WC, well, that's another matter. TD is too famous that no one will pay me (or us) any attention when he's there

I double the breath mints part.  But it should be for both.  I am a non-smoker and the smoking taste leaves an aftertaste inmy mouth for some time afterwards.   I am going to try as one of the other brothers suggested, pop a mint and ask if she she wants one.

TT: i don't dress up in a suit and have had no problem, though i don't think it would hurt, except at maybe laguna, where its definitely smart casual. One Erotic Emperor buddy turned up in shorts (you'd know who he is) and we ended taking the two hottest girls out of the bar (hand in hand) only a minute or two after approaching for chitchat. One time i went to laguna in a business shirt and pants, because i was coming from an immportant meeting, and the girls were looking at me like a weirdo - like who the heck is TD trying to impress.

Anyway, to the OP, just look clean, and check your undies for skid marks before you head out. Nothing like shit in your jocks to kill the mood. Hahaha.

It really depends on your personality, what you want and how you want to get it.

For me in the USA, hobbying isn't exactly legal.  So instead of dressing to impress the RA, I dress in order to maintain a discreet presence when heading to visit the girl.  I think they understand - don't think any of my sessions have suffered when I dress somewhat casually (never in sweatshirts and shorts!) to visit an AAMP in an apartment complex, or was any better when dressed more "business-like" to visit a hotel.

What I hate is visiting a girl at a "no-tell motel."  Dressing well could mean you'd become more of a target for the sketchy characters hanging around or show that you don't belong there, but more casually could identify you as being there for immoral reasons.  You never know when LE is watching...

This is some good advice for our poor deprived U.S. members.

Does it matter if LE are watching? I would have thought a motel would be a relatively safe environment.

Hi mate, I dont mean it is essential. Only that all other things being equal, a smartly dressed Bro in a suit will get first crack at the better looking girls because they think he can afford to pay more. Of course if the guy in a suit turns out to be a dick then the girls will soon work that out and as you know TD, news travels fast amongst the heard...

Being dressed in shorts etc is no guarantee of disappointment as our shorts wearing colleague obviously knows too well. However he clearly has experience, he is obviously (to any WG with even a little time on the job) not a tyre kicker. He's there to do the biz.

However, just in my opinion, take the same Bro, any Bro, put him in shorts, thongs and a T-shirt and send him in night 1. Then put him in wearing a suit or smart attire night 2 and I am sure he'll do better on the second night. Better from the point of view of he wont have to work very hard to get the attention of every girl in the place and he will often get first crack at the prettiest girls.


one factor I am sure exists is the "self esteem" factor. Maybe if you REALLY impress a HG she will ask to take your pic... wearing a suit LOL!

The suit comes off pretty quick, and so does its effect.  Give her something to look at while she's working, it'll keep her mind on the job

For those first impressions, IMHO there's no prob with casual attire, jeans and soft shirt for example, but if it's clean and relatively new casual attire it'll get you better attention than old and tatty casual attire.  Girls are wired to be very competitive dressers, and most of them like a guy who pays more attention to his appearance than other guys.

I concur on the dress-for-success strategy, but more for the civvies (of course) and for the non-FS massage girls.  I've had more than one legitimate massage girl eventually offer me FS, CIM and Anal because I was nice and she liked my power suit.  But that's not a one-night stand kind of situation, that's more of a longer term investment.

I think, particularly in Asia, that the girls get tired of the slovenly dressed sex-tourist from the States.  The guy who's so numb to the experience that he doesn't give a shit enough to even wash his ass.  So at least wearing something nicely pressed and tidy will telegraph that you're not one of those guys.  However, how does that play with the girls looking for a real bad boy?  I've missed many a good opportunity by trying to be too nice of a guy.  So many dilemmas in this game!

I'm a t-shirt and jeans type of guy.  Even at work I try to avoid having to wear a shirt unless I need to go with the bosses to meet clients.  I agree with forever69, the more you dress up the higher the fee.  If I look like a regular guy, I figure I'll get gouged less.  In the US where discretion is key, I wear a black hat, but that's my personal preference.

I must be the bad boy type then when i go hunting for civvies on sundays (lol) ... Levi jeans, fresh T-shirt, boots and jacket if it's cool. Glasses occasionally when i am going in and out of bars sharing smokes with the ladies.
Don't like dressing up, especially in wanchai, as it's a pretty casual type crowd. If i am am more dressed up, because i am coming from work, i don't feel myself and probably won't get laid.
By the way, if you see a guy in a tuxedo sipping on martinis, that's bound to be tony - his drink of choice at meetups.

From my experience, looking clean and dressing up makes a huge difference with Korean, Japanese and Russian girls.
I usually dress in classic shirt and pants when I go hunting for these, I get the sleeves up a bit to wear off the easy target look.

On the other hand, if you're going for latinas, dressing up means you're looking for trouble. As they'll try to force sell you sth else.

I didn't notice any difference in behavior fron Chinese, Thai, Viet, ... My guess is that they learned to look for other signs (watch, shoes, general posture, ...), as like most the bros in HK, I usually dress smart casual with shirt or collar t-shirt and clean denims, suitable for all establishments (night clubs, bars, saunas, restaurant,...)

BTW, I punt in jeans sometimes as well. Crisply pressed shirt and jeans is cool. However it is just an observation, when we are punting after work and we head over to a bar, Hari's (where I punt most often especially but also Neptune and Escape), when we are wearing a suit or something sharp, we aren't just noticed by the better looking WGs, we are harassed! Unfortunately you also increase the WGs initial asking price from 2K to 3K... providing you know what the going rates should be, that's not a problem.

Could a guy in jeans and a t-shirt get the hottest looking WG in a bar? yes of course he could. However he'd have to work a little harder to get noticed than the guy in a suit.

BTW, there is another thing to "wear" if you REALLY want to do well... a friendly smile! Walk into a bar in a suit with an "I'm hot shit and better than you" attitude and you'll get noticed alright... as in "stay away from that dick head! A friendly smile says a lot about you to a WG.
