Recommend some agents

Hi bros, I'm a newbie.  
Could you please suggest some good agents for HGs?
I'm concerned with the B&S problem.

there are no guarantees in life.  just try your luck and use the reports as a guide.

yes, I had the same feeling with the agents some weeks ago and decided to go to WGs.
In some houses you have a big choise and you see what you get in real. Look around in the data base.
If you click on the reagion, you see on the left side all locations with the numbers of the 141 WGs..
In some cases there are twice as much WGs around as not all are in the db....
