If you are a nerd like me, you can find all kind of girls from AOL, Yahoo, myspace, ICQ, etc. If not, go to bar, disco, club, etc. You have friends, right? Don't you guys do anything with a circle of friends? Like dining out, cruises, ski trips, etc? Worst comes to worst, ask your friends to hook you up with a girl.

There was an article in the freebie HK Magazine a mth or so back discussing all the HK women who complain that they can't find a guy. There's some kind of population imbalance - more women than men, don't remember the exact figures. And all the guys are going off to the Mainland to buy a cheaper wife.

WG's only satisfy our sexual needs; tho that may not be an issue to someone who is in a long term relationship with some one they care  about.

But there's a lot of truth to the saying: women, can't live with them, can't live without them.

I think people just need to keep it real and not to have unrealistic expectation. Of course, getting to know the person for real and living with that person for a period of time help. I don't see how people can get married after knowing each other for a few months, or even a year? In the US, the divorce rate is around 50%.

Just to throw this out, some dude in the Army went back to the US for R&R. He went to a strip club and met this stripper. Needless to say, he had unprotective sex with this stripper who's a like 26 years old with 2 kids from different fathers. He went back to Iraq after the R&R. THEN they were engaged a few months later (being that he's still in Iraq and she in the US). He let her pick a wedding ring which cost like 2.6k US$. This guy's monthly salary was about 1700 before tax. And guess what? She told him that she's preggie with twins... LOL  And he's so positive that these were his kids, as in he wouldn't want to give these kids paternity test (to see if they were his).

I read that article also (or same like), cause the women in HK (local) are so high demanding and they think HK guys are so gay, not man enough, so lots of them are single (30+ years). And because of that men in HK couldnt find a HK gf they went to mainland China to search for gf and with success. HK girls are well known by their cat attitude, suddenly burst out their evil inside and react on the boyfriend. Mainland girls are well known by their sweet/ hot looks and kindness towards the bf. No wonder HK guys go for mainland girls instead of local girls.

No need to be jealous, when u go to LKF on Saturday night, almost all the girls want to fuck, just use your gentlman style you will be ok. It also works if you look like a non-local guy.

I think there is this mentality of "bamboo door for bamboo door, wooden door for wooden door". It translates to matching family background and social status. For example, a girl from an upper middle class family probably is looking for a mate who's from upper middle class family or better. She probably wouldn't even consider a guy that's from lower middle class. And a guy from the middle class may have a chance.

LKF is famous for all kind of different nationalities in 1 place. There are some locals, but i think mostly are non-local, lots of tourists or business women/ men. But lots of my local friends (girls) go to LKF to hunt for guys.

So i guess ratio local : non-local = 30 : 70???
