What is the law in HK, if you get caught with a girl in one of the MK walkup?

Provided she's reached the legal age of consent, you're not doing anything illegal.

As long as the girl is not an illegial immigrant, not underaged, and you have not approached her offering money for sex

Ok......all bros shld concern on being get caught red handed on police raid.....I have do have the same concern since I have yet to see black and white doc stipulating the legality of mongering in HK.

I have a survival gist.........I learned this from a provider in another country....not suitable to post here.....pm me if u want to know.

Don't scare me bro.    Do we have a lawyer, judge or cop who can give a definite answer to this? Problem is, the law only tells
you what's illegal; it won't tell you what is legal - if you see what I mean. It means you have to know everything that is illegal to be sure
of what is legal.  

I was close to being arrested/detained about 5 years ago when I first started visiting 141 places.
It happened in a TST building (Lock Rd or very near there I think), The floor had about
5-6 rooms for 141 girls but there was one room where there was a metal gate and 3 rooms
inside. In those days having a 'keeper' was not unusual, but its illegal.
The man will stand at the gate and neg the price with you before letting you in.

I happened to walk on to that floor during a police raid, didn't click in my head,
as the cops were all in plain clothes. Just saw a lot of men there with all the rooms
wide open, actually thought to myself wow this place's real busy !

You need to picture this, long wide corridor, rooms on left - 141 rooms with the keeper rooms at the
beginning, on the right are flats where families live and one flat was being renovated with workers there.

I just walked passed the keeper rooms saw some men looking through the the cabinets/mattresses,
I stopped, looking at them (wondering whats going on) and they realised I was there.
2 men then rushed at me each putting their hand on my shoulders and shouting 'who are you and
what are you doing here'

I was stunned, I thought they were cops but I didn't see any ID around their necks and they were
in plain clothes without their normal dark blue vests.  I didn't say anything and they shouted again.
At that point I was begining to regain my senses and I said to them who are you?
That got one of them fired up and by then more cops from the rooms came out.
When I asked them for their ID before they asked for mine the 'bad' cop said I was 'inch' and some
other things I can't remember now.  Showed me their IDs which were around their necks but escaped my
notice. Gave them my ID and they also asked for my address and telephone.
Again they rudely asked me why I was there, before I answered, the same guy said I was there to call for chickens
and for me to admit it.

By then my shock was over, and I'm the type that don't get intimidated easily (except my wife)
I looked him in the eye and said yes, it against the law? No was his reply and then started going on
about how he suspects that I am a keeper there etc... He then suggested that if I didn't cooperate,
he was going to call my home to varify things. By this time I was getting anoyed, I knew
I didn't do anything against the law and unless they framed me there's nothing they can do to me
except giving me grief. I said go ahead but I want to see their commander. This cop said something
'don't prevent us from carrying out our duties' and I can be charged for that.
I still insisted on seeing their commander or be brought back to the station - (as far as i know this is our right)
I was trying to give him the impression that if wants to play I have all the time in the world to do that.
By then the other cops were probably thinking that this has gone too far, another cop came over to me
- the "good cop" more politely asked again what I was doing there to which I replied the same - looking for chicks.
The good cop then took me to the end of the corridor and just started having a normal conversation with me.
Told me that the crack down is mainly against the keeper type rooms, how they are trying to limit the spread of 141
type rooms in the TST area, even told me to go to other areas to play but keep out of TST ! I found that amusing and
we both laughed at that.  He let me go without doing anything else.

One thing was for sure, if I didn't stop and looked I wouldn't have to go through all this hassle !

As long as there is no money transaction with a 3rd party, the girl is not an II, and not under aged
you don't have to worry about the cops, and don't let them play their intimidate game.

But to my understanding, usually the raid is only on the PRC gals comin to HK, i.e. holdin a tourist visa but rendering service.

Unlike countries in the west, americas north & south and even NZ, this trade in HK is not officially legalise in the sense that service provider is also a taxpayer with occupation status as "ublic Relation" / "Entertainer".

However, rest assured do not worry bout this HK...punters are still safe from any prosecution if you you dun commit sex crime.

Just had to reply ...This REALLY  happened ................!!!!!
I was in shanghai st walk up about 2 weeks ago(685 , the one I mentioned to you earlier )
.I went to the room and the girl arrived ... accepted her as she was quite cute and got on with the business ....
did the shower etc etc , and was "doing " her  (doggy style )....when there was a knock on the door  ..!!!
I thought it was the papasan telling the girl that it was time ...didn,t click , as there is a phone in the room and they usually just ring.
Anyway, .....The girl reaches for her bag , and passes her I.D. around the door and exchanges a few words with a guy on the other side ...!
She takes it back and closes the door and she  just carries on ! saying sorry ...
At no point did I see who it was behind the door and more importantly .... at no point did she stop  s******g me  !!
Put me off a little but carried on , not realizing what was happening and "finished up"  
As she is cleaning me up , She says " sorry for interruption"... No harm done I say and we  finished the shower and got dressed.
All finished, I went with her to the desk to get my little stainless steel tray with the bill and pay up ...
The papasan is very apologetic for the interruption and explains it was "just a routine police check,"  !!!
Waaaaa! ............I realize I have been s******g a girl while she is talking to a policeman !!!!
The policeman never showed any interest in me at all !! .
They are apparently only interested in catching  girls who don,t have the proper visa,s and are working illegally.

VERY , VERY , WEIRD though ... !!

Third party means that you give money to another person
other then the girl you just shagged. If the police is doing
a sting operation then you could get caught up in this.

Hotel girls - they can be caught for working illegally, but will be difficult to prove ...
if its just a transaction between you & her - should be OK.
