HGs vs. Saunas for HE?

Just wondering if there was a significant difference between the two. For HGs it's a more personal and intimate experience but I imagine they aren't really good at massages. Saunas are probably better in massage and they have the facilities but they don't really have much privacy. Also I found it's harder to get workers in saunas to strip b/c it's not really private...

Anyone comment on the pros and cons?
